To place your an order atmeifoods.co.in, follow these below steps:
- Browse our website to find the items that you like to get, choose the required quantity and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button (you'll be able to add multiple products on your cart).
- In your "Shopping Cart" you can either choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
- To shop with us, you can either log in or create your meifoods.co.in account or easily continue to checkout as a guest user.
- Once you have added the items/units in your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your name, contact & shipping details, proceed to select shipping method and finally make the payment
The following actions take place after you place your order:
- You will get a notification through email of the confirmed order
- The Mei Foods packing team gets notified of the order. The packing team prepares and dispatch the order
- After the order gets dispatched, the customer will receive an email with a tracking ID to track the product
Throughout the above stages, our order inspection team continuously monitors the process so that you get the desired product within the time committed to you. In case the order cannot be processed for any reason whatsoever, the same will be informed to you at the earliest.
We try to make sure the inventory at the store is always up to date. However, in case an item you ordered is unavailable, our order fulfilment team will notify you of the same immediately.
Changes in Shipping address can only be made within 3 hours of placing your order. No changes will be made once the order is dispatched (even if the order is shipped within 3 hours from the ordered time). If the address in the order is incorrect and the package gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to us, no replacement or refund will be provided. If the delivery address needs to be changed after dispatch, there will be an additional charge for the amendment.
You will receive an email and WhatsApp message with order confirmation details. Our usual order dispatch time is 48 hours. Once dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your email and WhatsApp within 12 hours of dispatch.
To cancel your order, follow these steps:
- Please contact our customer delight team by writing to wecare@meifoods.co.in to cancel the order and get refund your payment. All orders should be cancelled within 3 hours from the time of ordering. Order once shipped cannot be cancelled.
- Cancellation requests should be initiated within 3 hours of placing the order. A full refund will be provided to the customer if we receive the request within 3 hours of the order.
- Cancellations after 3 hours will be charged 50% of the order value as our makers would have already started preparing the items or we would have started working on the packaging.
Please write to wecare@meifoods.co.in mentioning the email and order id to modify the order within 3 hours of placing your order. We may not able to make any changes if the request is raised after 3 hours.
There are absolutely no hidden charges. All taxes are covered by meifoods.co.in. All you pay is only the amount that you see in the order summary.
If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days for any further clarification, you can email us at wecare@meifoods.co.in
To get a refund, you can contact us at wecare@meifoods.co.in. If your refund request is accepted, we’ll initiate your refund in 48 hours. You can always contact us for any return question at wecare@meifoods.co.in. View our Refund & Return Policy.
To reset your password, just click on the 'Forgot Password' option and we will send it to you on your email address registered with us.
Yes, we do accept bulk orders for parties, corporate events & gifting. The prices may vary according to your products and quantity of purchase. Kindly write to us at wecare@meifoods.co.in with your requirements.
